To be successful at Smartgroup You Will Need:
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Experience with OCM plans is a plus.
- Led multiple projects from initiation to completion, delivering on time and within budget.
- Managed and mentored diverse teams, fostering a high-performing culture.
- Articulated complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Built strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean methodologies.
- Developed and communicated a clear vision for project management practices.
