To be successful at Smartgroup You Will Need:

• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience with OCM plans is a plus.
• Led multiple projects from initiation to completion, delivering on time and within budget.
• Managed and mentored diverse teams, fostering a high-performing culture.
• Articulated complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Built strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean methodologies.
• Developed and communicated a clear vision for project management practices.
