Overview

Roster Coordinator (Full-Time) for HammondCare at Home, Northern Sydney. Based in the St. Leonards office, the role operates the Afternoon shift (2 PM – 10 PM) to provide, maintain and create the rostering/schedule for Home Care Workers to ensure clients are properly cared for.

Responsibilities
  • Provide, maintain and create rosters/schedules for Home Care Workers in the Northern Sydney region.
  • Efficiently manage and administer client and staff schedules, ensuring rounds are set up with consistency, efficiency and fairness while maintaining care worker contracted hours.
  • Actively participate as a member of the centralized support team and maintain up-to-date care worker data and system administration.
What you need to apply
  • Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics or call centre
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Attention to detail with experience in a similar role
  • Natural problem solver with outstanding communication and coordination skills
