Your New Role

As a Delivery Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end planning, monitoring, and delivery to drive outcomes and ensure the successful delivery of all regulatory communications to members. This role ensures efficient execution of multiple initiatives within set deadlines and budgets, while upholding high-quality standards. By driving strategic initiatives forward, you will contribute significantly to Aware Super's enduring success and enhance the value delivered to our members.

Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead prioritisation, planning, and execution of multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Manage delivery for all regulatory communications and specific initiatives
  • Plan and estimate timelines, resource needs, and costs
  • Monitor delivery progress against planned objectives and implement controls to keep initiatives on track
  • Engage with stakeholders to define scope, prioritise work, and create detailed delivery plans
  • Drive and support active decision-making, including prioritisation with adherence to the decision rights framework

  • Proven experience in scope definition and control throughout project execution
  • Strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders
  • Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
  • Successful track record in overseeing project implementation, including deployment, integration, and transition to operations
  • Comprehensive experience navigating governance frameworks and reporting structures
  • Demonstrated success in managing budgets and optimising resources effectively
