What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced, qualified dermal therapist who is ready to take their expertise to the next level in education and training. You'll need:

  • A formal qualification in dermal therapies and a commitment to obtaining a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment within six months.
  • A keen eye for detail and a flair for delivering exceptional treatments.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with superior communication and personal presentation skills.
  • The ability to inspire confidence and build lasting relationships with clients and students.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, along with reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality.
  • The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment with Dermal Therapists, Trainers, Cosmetic Nurses, and Doctors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Clinic Management Systems.
  • Experience in leading client engagement and retention initiatives.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Training AACDS students in dermal therapy practical competencies, ensuring alignment with AACDS protocols.
  • Validating assessment methods and managing related documentation.
  • Performing advanced dermal therapy treatments for clinic clients.
  • Supporting clinic administration, client engagement and retention and reception tasks.
