About The Role

Overnight Gaming Supervisor | Burvale Hotel | Dream big with us Let's go to the pub Chances are, it's one of ours. As the cornerstone of over 350 Australian communities, ALH owns and operates more pubs than anyone. And with passion on tap, our team adds to every pub's story.

With great gaming comes great responsibility. We're looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. You will need to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations.

A day in the life of an Overnight Gaming Supervisor:

  • Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget
  • Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, focusing on safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
  • Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

EmployeeDue Diligence: In line with our commitment to responsibility, candidates may be required to complete checks which may include a National Police Check as part of the recruitment process.

Qualifications / About You
  • You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
  • You must be able to work Weeknight Grave Shifts and Weekend Grave Shifts
  • You hold current industry RSA, RCG module 1 and Gaming Licence qualifications as a minimum
  • You'll have experience in Gaming Environments, Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, great customer service, punctuality, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
