Job Description

As a Shift Leader at GYG, you will lead, coach and motivate the team to enhance the guest experience while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards, ensuring every guest receives the best. Your leadership will set the tone for operational excellence and foster a positive work environment for the crew.

We're looking for a Shift Leader to join us on a Full Time basis. Monday–Friday 10pm to 6am

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and motivate team to deliver great guest experiences while upholding food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A track record of providing outstanding customer service
  • Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
  • Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
