Recruitment Consultant specialising in Wealth Management - Queensland

Our client is a financial planning firm dedicated to delivering exceptional service to a diverse clientele. Based in Brisbane CBD, they work with individual clients, businesses and professional services firms.

This a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Client Service Officer who is looking for a long term career in a dynamic environment with a supportive team.

The Role

  • CRM management
  • Organise and prepare review documents for client meetings.
  • Management of the administrative duties for the onboarding of new clients and review of existing clients
  • Liaise with clients and appropriate external agencies when implementing insurance policies.
  • Efficiently manage your workflow by working to deadlines and meeting individual KPI's.
  • Preparing and processing of implementation paperwork and project management of client workflow.
  • Assisting with claims management.

Qualification and Experience

  • 2+ years experience in a client service officer position
  • Experience in Paraplanning
  • Experience with using XPLAN
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite
