With big things on the horizon in 2025, we're on the lookout for Assistant Managers to help lead our incredible teams at Paddington, Gasworks, and our soon-to-open Southbank location.

What's the role all about?

As an Assistant Manager, you'll be the go-to person helping your team deliver top-tier service (and top-up the good vibes). You'll be running shifts, leading with energy, and keeping the store running smoothly from open to close.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Creating unforgettable customer experiences, every time
  • Leading your team with positivity, motivation, and a whole lot of heart
  • Keeping things clean, efficient, and safe
  • Managing stock and staying on top of inventory
  • Helping track and improve key metrics (like labour and COGs)
  • Training and developing your crew like a boss

What we're looking for:
  • Leadership experience in hospitality or retail (QSR = extra brownie points)
  • A team player who thrives on bringing out the best in others
  • Someone who's proactive, organised, and ready to take charge
  • A great communicator who keeps the energy high and the stress low
