Overview

G.James Glass and Aluminium is Australia's leading integrated glass, aluminium window and door manufacturer and contractor. Our privately owned, family company employs 2000 people with operations throughout Australia. Our Windows & Doors branch specialises in the sales, fabrication, and installation of aluminium windows and doors for residential and commercial construction markets. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organised Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients within Townsville and the surrounding regions.

The Role

Drive sales and develop strong customer relationships by aligning our windows and doors solutions to client needs, growing market share and profitability

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve key KPIs aligned with the annual windows and doors sales budget
  • Strengthen brand presence in the residential windows and doors market
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers and Sales teams to support sales targets
  • Deliver timely weekly and monthly sales reports to management
  • Provide professional, responsive service to meet project requirements and uphold the G. James brand
  • Foster positive, professional relationships with customers and internal teams
About You
  • Proficient in business systems including MS Office, with experience in Oracle and V6 quoting (preferred); able to generate and analyse reports to support functional requirements
  • Communicates clearly and respectfully, tailoring messages to audiences and resolving conflict constructively
  • Delivers high-quality, customer-focused service and actively follows up on feedback to drive improvements
  • Collaborates effectively across teams, leveraging strengths, resolving issues, and mentoring others to meet business goals
  • Demonstrates strong organisational awareness, maintains professional standards, and supports a positive team culture
