Position Overview

Leading Hand - Civil Maintenance is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality maintenance and restoration works. In this role, you will support the Team Leader in executing both planned and reactive maintenance tasks while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and council policies. Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and experienced individual with a strong background in civil maintenance and leadership. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Certificate II in Civil Construction (or equivalent) and relevant licences.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing workloads for yourself and your team.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with the public.
  • Experience in using mobile technology and associated IT applications.

What we offer
  • Package: From $71,819 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
  • Hours of work: Permanent full-time 38 hours per week with a 9 day fortnight.
