The Role

Tranquil Group Services Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Tradesman Leading Hand to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Sydney and it's surrounds.

In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a small team to deliver high-quality landscaping projects for our clients.

Over the past few years, we have experienced rapid growth in both our maintenance and construction divisions, and we are involved in many exciting and diverse projects within the Sydney area and some surrounding NSW regions. Projects can include small commercial Landscape projects, to larger scale residential projects, the work is varied and always interesting.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead and supervise a team of landscapers to complete and mange a variety of landscaping construction tasks for soft & hard landscaping, including planting, turfing, paving, and concreting.

·       Assign tasks, support the team, and oversee progress to deliver work efficiently and to a high standard;

·       Source and organise the tools, equipment, and materials needed for each project alongside the business owner/ managing director.

·       Keep accurate records of completed work, materials used, and work within an allocated time frame.

·       Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety requirements.

About You

·       Requirement -Drivers & License; (Truck license desirable)

·       Requirement -White Card;

·       Desirable - Experience in soft & hard landscaping, including planting, turfing, paving, and concreting.

·       Strong focus on WHS, quality, and environmental standards;

·       Leadership and communication skills;

·       Experience in leading small teams;

·       Ability to work independently and make sound decisions; and

·       Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
