About This Role

We're seeking a hands-onMaintenance Leading Handto support our Tarrawonga site. This role is responsible for mobile equipment maintenance and provides relief supervision for trades and contractors. You'll also assist with work management systems and ensure maintenance coverage for breakdowns. This is a site-based role offering career development into future leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on heavy mobile equipment
  • Provide relief supervision and support to the maintenance team
  • Raise and manage work orders, parts, and records in PULSE
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to meet targets
  • Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards

What You'll Bring

  • Relevant mechanical trade qualification and current driver's licence
  • Previous experience as a Leading Hand or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong background in heavy earthmoving equipment maintenance
  • Experience in coal mining or heavy industry environments
  • Familiarity with CMMS (preferably PULSE) and Microsoft Office
