Job Description

As a rapidly growing company, we are expanding our multidisciplinary team with passionate clinicians dedicated to supporting NDIS participants in Port Macquarie and surrounding areas. In this role, you will utilize your clinical skills to make a difference in clients' lives and foster team development by:

  • Delivering essential speech pathology services to help participants enhance their quality of life
  • Visiting participants within the community, including their homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities
  • Conducting clinical observations and standardized assessments, interpreting findings to set treatment goals
  • Participating in monthly peer supervision with mentors and staff
  • Collaborating with our wider multidisciplinary team of OTs, Physios, EPs, Psychologists, and BSPs

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • A passion for working within a multidisciplinary team
  • A desire to make a positive community impact
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS
