Mortgage Broker – Growing National Brokerage

This is a Melbourne-based opportunity within ROC Consulting Group Pty Ltd. The role offers strong earning potential with a base salary and uncapped commission, plus support to build a client base.

Base pay range: A$110,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of residential and commercial clients, guiding them through every stage of the lending process.
  • Build new business via qualified referrals, networking, and inbound enquiries supported by strong marketing and lead generation.
  • Conduct in-depth client needs analysis, presenting lending strategies that deliver real financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with banks, non-bank lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and real estate professionals to secure smooth settlements.
  • Provide ongoing client support and financial guidance, ensuring repeat business and long-term relationships.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker or Loan Writer with a track record of settlements and client retention.
  • Cert IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or working towards).
  • Strong residential lending knowledge, with commercial experience highly regarded.
  • An existing client base will be valued but not essential. You will receive full support to build one if you are driven.
  • Clear, confident communication skills with a genuine client-first approach.
  • A proactive and growth-focused broker who thrives in a supportive, high-performance culture.
