As a leading sustainable design practice dedicated to delivering excellence in design, sustainability, and performance, we are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to join our team.

This is a pivotal role as you will be the first contact point for marketing the business and which includes contact with our clients. The purpose of the role is as a key team member supporting this growing business in which you will building brand awareness and identity that extends to preparing the bids and offers to our clients.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Strategically leading the preparation and submission of proposals for public and invited tenders, actively enhancing our market presence and creating and increasing opportunities for future work.
Coordinating proposal bids through meetings and calls with clients and subconsultants
Preparing high-quality marketing collateral for proposal interviews and presentations
Managing post-tender debriefs (wins and losses) to continually improve submissions, including conducting client meetings and calls
Overseeing and mentoring our Marketing Proposals Coordinator
Contributing to client presentations and marketing-related client communications
Reviewing and updating marketing collateral, and implementing continuous improvements in marketing processes and systems
Preparing award and seminar presentations using InDesign, Canva and other marketing tools
Maintaining marketing spreadsheets and managing tender timelines
Creating internal and external communications collateral
Managing k20's social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and reporting on statistics for improved engagement and following
Developing and managing website content to ensure it remains fresh, relevant, and on brand.
Updating practice profiles and project information (InDesign)
Organising project and team photo shoots
Coordinating client project reviews, post-project reviews, and "People in our Architecture" stories
Developing and submitting high-quality material for architectural awards, industry publications, and broader marketing initiatives to elevate the practice's profile.
Managing marketing-related tasks and general administrative duties as required

What You Will Bring

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative approach and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Acrobat
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities
Preferably at least 3-5 years of marketing experience
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field

Experience in a similar role within the architecture, design, or professional services sectors will be highly regarded.Seniority level
