Talent International is searching for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Administrator to join our Queensland Government client based in Brisbane CBD on a contract through to September 2026, with strong extension potential.

The role:

This role is within a dedicated ServiceNow team supporting both BAU and project-driven work across a large, complex government environment. As Senior ServiceNow Administrator, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, and Integration Hub.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and administrative support across the ServiceNow platform
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of new platform capabilities
  • Deliver enhancements to modules including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality service outcomes
  • Perform testing, documentation, and continuous service improvement activities
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development
  • Experience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and Integration Hub modules
  • CSA certification and ITIL qualifications are highly regarded
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Previous experience within government or large enterprise environments is preferred
