Talent International is searching for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Administrator to join our Queensland Government client based in Brisbane CBD on a contract through to September 2026 , with strong extension potential.

Initial contract until September 2026 + Likely Extensions

2 Days WFH Per Week

The role :

This role sits within a dedicated ServiceNow team supporting both BAU and project-driven work across a large, complex government environment. As Senior ServiceNow Administrator, you will play a key role in the design, configuration, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform with a strong focus on ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, and Integration Hub.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical and administrative support across the ServiceNow platform
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of new platform capabilities
  • Deliver enhancements to modules including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality service outcomes
  • Perform testing, documentation, and continuous service improvement activities

Requirements :

5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and developmentExperience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and Integration Hub modulesProficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Glide, etc.)CSA certification and ITIL qualifications highly regardedStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsPrevious experience within government or large enterprise environments preferred
