An opportunity, Built for you

As a Contracts Administrator at Built, your role will be to provides commercial support to optimise the deal, measurement and valuation of work. Driving procurement outcomes, establishing financial controls and providing contractual support to the project team.

You won't shy away from a challenge and will always own the problem, knowing you've got the full support of the team. Here are the essentials you'll need for this role:

  • Tertiary qualification in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, construction law or other relevant discipline
  • 5+ years experience as a Contracts Administrator with at least 3 of those within the commercial construction industry
  • Experience working on large projects ($100m+) or demonstrated experience working on complex projects
  • Sound interpersonal and relationship building capabilities
  • Proficiency in financial control, commercial risk management and negotiation
