Your Professional Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Contract Manager. You will oversee contract administration and procurement activities, ensuring commercial and contractual obligations are met and risks are effectively managed.

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from tender to execution and finalisation.
  • Lead contract negotiations, administration of claims, variations, and final accounts.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate tender documentation preparation, evaluation, and award of subcontract packages.
  • Identify and mitigate commercial risks, resolving contractual issues as they arise.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and support financial reporting and audits.
  • Work closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and legal advisors.
  • Provide leadership and support to other team members.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders.
