About the Role

We have a new opportunity for someone to join our dynamic team in our New Chadstone Boutique, in the role of Senior Sales Associate 3IC. At Montblanc, no day is ever the same and working within an intimate and vibrant team, you are always encouraged to #leaveyourmark. You will play a pivotal role in the Boutiques Leadership structure, supporting the Boutique Management in all aspects of daily operations, compliance, team leadership and client service.

How You Will Leave Your Mark at Montblanc

In this role, you will be responsible for boutique sales performance, operations, visual merchandising and assisting with boutique events and activations.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Actively driving sales performance to achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Act as 3IC in daily operations and decision-making when the managers are absent
  • Lead by exceptional example, actively demonstrating behaviors that embody brand values building a positive working environment.
  • Assist in daily product and inventory management, following boutique compliance.
