Full Time Senior Sales Associate (Chadstone)

The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a transformational customer experience, building our brand one customer at a time, and ultimately driving our business through sales. They should demonstrate a strong commitment to service, genuine curiosity and interest in people, authenticity, fashion & style sensibility, and exceptional selling skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent the Brand – Act as an ambassador of Tory Burch and maintain store presentation standards.
  • Create the Customer Experience – Deliver extraordinary customer service and build our brand one customer at a time.
  • Be a Team Player – Demonstrate strong selling skills and product knowledge, contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented atmosphere. Maintain strong partnership and communication with teammates.
  • Drive the Business & Deliver Results – Proactively achieve and maximize sales, and build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Operational Excellence – Adhere to all sales and operational policies and procedures, manage inventory, and assist with operational and back-of-house activities as needed.

EDUCATION, PRIOR EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS NEEDED

  • Certificates/Diploma holders or above in any discipline (business or fashion related a plus).
  • For SSA: 3+ years' experience as a Sales Associate in a luxury fashion retail operation.
  • Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
  • Sales-driven and goal-oriented.
  • Polished and professional appearance.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and follow up effectively.
