Woods & Co have partnered with a thriving residential development business with a major footprint in Fraser Rise, covering over 2,000 properties, to find a polished and professional Sales Associate to join the team.
This is your chance to step into the booming new homes industry and start a long-term career in property. With structured training, close mentorship and clear pathways into Sales Consultant and Senior Sales Consultant / Operations roles, this opportunity is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills looking to build a future in real estate.
Whether you come from hospitality, retail, automotive, or another customer-facing background, your ability to create strong first impressions will be key to your success.

What you'll be doing :
Welcome and assist walk-in clients with professionalism and warmthSupport customers through the early stages of their home-buying journeyCollaborate closely with the Sales Consultant to address client needsMaintain a clean, organised and welcoming display suiteBook appointments and follow up on client enquiriesDeliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience every timeWhat you'll need :
0-1 years experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. hospitality, receptionist, retail, client services)Polished presentation and confident verbal communicationA strong interest in property, real estate, or salesHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsReliable, proactive, and eager to learnAvailability to work Wednesday–SundayReady to build a lasting career in the property industry?
