Overview

Assistant Store Manager Full Time - Hamilton role at Bendigo Advertiser. Full-time position with training and support to achieve "The Zeus Way" in daily responsibilities. Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the store
  • Manage and monitor key performance indicators for exceptional customer service
  • Supervise and coach team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience
  • Ensure ZSG food quality and safety standards are upheld
Qualifications & Skills
  • Highly motivated natural leader who is hands-on
  • Passion for food and restaurant operations
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in restaurant management (2 years minimum) – Preferred
