Job Description

Xclusive Recruitment is seeking a skilled Temp or Perm Recruitment Consultant to join their high-performing agency dedicated to quality service. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a 360-degree recruitment desk, specializing in white-collar industries such as Accounting and Finance, Administration, HR Recruitment, IT Recruitment, Business Support, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain and Logistics.

About the Role:
  • Manage a diverse range of clients including SMEs, large multinationals, Not-For-Profits, and local councils
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service focused on compliance and best-practices
About You:
  • Proven track record running a temp or perm desk within agency recruitment
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to expand a portfolio
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry
