Base pay range

A$150,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr

We're now offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Marble family in Sydney. In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing an impressive portfolio of repeat business clients while also engaging with new potential partners.

With a well-established database and industry-specific tools at your disposal, even those without prior recruitment experience in the construction sector will find themselves seamlessly navigating a market that continues to thrive.

• Experience in 360 recruitment, working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and critical thinking ability
• An eye for detail; know how to work and think outside of the box
• Exceptional communication skills
• A drive to learn more and develop yourself professionally
• Key strengths in building and maintaining lasting client relationships
