About the role :

As a Beauty Therapist for Park Club Health and Day Spa, you will be responsible for providing a consistent and exceptional level of service through the delivery of spa and beauty treatments with an emphasis on presentation, quality, up-selling, and client satisfaction. You will ensure services are in accordance with the approved sequence of service and established brand standards.

Some of the responsibilities include :
  • Perform beauty and spa treatments including massage, facial, body treatments, waxing, manicures, and pedicures, consistent with Park Club Health & Day Spa's philosophies – beauty from within.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, focusing on repeat business.
  • Be familiar with and knowledgeable about the products used, and recommend products to clients to generate retail sales and meet targets.
  • Assist with reception duties and general housekeeping at the spa.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a spa environment, confident in performing treatments such as facials, body treatments, waxing, manicures, and pedicures
  • A commitment to health and wellness
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management
  • Ability to create a positive first impression with high grooming standards
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
