HSE Advisor

Full Time

At M2P, safety isn't just a priority—it's how we do business. We're looking for an HSE Advisor to drive safety excellence across our operations. If you have a strong background in workplace safety and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Based at our Salisbury workshop with some site travel, you'll work closely with teams to ensure compliance, improve safety culture, and support risk management initiatives.

You'll make an impact by:
  • Leading HSE initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Delivering safety training and coaching to operational teams.
  • Supporting incident response and emergency management processes.
  • Providing expert advice to management on best practices for workplace safety.
What you'll bring:
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Work Health & Safety (WHS) or a related field.
  • Experience as an HSE Advisor in construction, fabrication, or heavy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management.
  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (desirable).
  • Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels.
Ideally, you will also have:
  • Experience in heavy industrial or mining projects.
  • ICAM or Taproot investigation training.
  • Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
