Customer Experience Specialist

rhi is recruiting for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our clients team in Melbourne on a 12-month contract.

Purpose of the role

As the Customer & Offer Development Advisor, you will lead the development and execution of customer-facing offers and commercial partnerships across the ANZ region, with a focus on gift card, our clients Plus Fuelcard and B2B offers. This role is critical to shaping our customer experience and driving commercial outcomes through the delivery of strategic initiatives. You will work with a wide group of stakeholders from across multiple functions, as well as external partners and vendors. The role is also responsible for the delivery of the annual Dealer partner conference, attended by some of our most strategic partners.

• 3 days in office, 2 days work from home; every Tuesday & Thursday mandatory to be in office
• Please note that this role will be a 12-Month Secondment opportunity for a parental leave cover.

Key Accountabilities:

• Product owner of our client's gift card for ANZ, including physical and digital gift card solutions and payment integrations.
• Manage commercial partnerships and vendor relationships, including contract oversight and performance tracking.
• Design and deliver customer offers and programs.
• Lead planning and execution (in collaboration with an events agency) of major internal and external events, including content development, budget management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, legal, sales, finance, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of customer offers and initiatives.
• Support internal communications and reporting, including reconciliation, budgeting, and agency coordination.
• Contribute to strategic planning and innovation efforts across our client's customer portfolio.

About you:

Essential Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, engineering or similar4+ years of experience in managing projects or vendor / partner relationships
  • Candidate required to have minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • 4+ years of experience in managing projects or vendor / partner relationships
  • Strong experience in customer offer development, marketing, and commercial partnerships.
  • Established financial acumen and budget management ability.
  • Experience managing complex projects and events with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority. Comfortable engaging stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
  • Clear examples of leadership, either direct or indirect.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities. Organized and attention to detail.
