Customer Experience Specialist.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers by meeting their end-to-end banking needs. This includes assisting customers with inquiries, educating them about our online platforms, and recommending products and services that best suit their requirements.
You will be responsible for designing solutions that meet the needs, objectives, and interests of our customers. Additionally, you will educate and support customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Wandin North.
Requirements

- A proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers' needs.
- Confidence in communicating with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
- The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
- An eagerness to understand and share what makes us different from other banks.
- Drive for collaboration and a willingness to work together to achieve goals.
- Experience in consumer lending is an asset but not essential.
