What you'll do

Join our casual team at Pulse Child Care Crew and support the development of our little learners at centres across Sydney. Bring your passion for nurturing young minds into a role that offers flexibility, variety, and the joy of making a difference every day.

  • Provide high-quality early childhood education and care to children
  • Work flexibly with shifts that fit your schedule
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver engaging activities
What we're looking for
  • Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood
  • Working with Children Check
  • Child Protection Training
  • An enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Available three to five days per week is desirable
  • A driver's licence and access to a car
  • A genuine desire to deliver exceptional childcare services and champion the development of our younger generations
