The Sutherland Hospital and Community Health Service is located in the Sutherland Shire ("the Shire"), approximately half an hour drive south of Sydney, in Caringbah. The Sutherland Hospital was established in 1958 and is a major metropolitan hospital and teaching hospital.

We offer a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient healthcare services to the residents of the Sutherland Shire. We have 375 beds and care for more than 50,000 patients in our Emergency Department each year, with around 28,000 patients admitted to the hospital.

We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to join the Strategy, Innovation and Improvement (SI&I) team at SESLHD to:

• Lead and support district-wide strategic and operational transformation initiatives
• Apply expert change management methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Quality Improvement)
• Drive adoption of change, process improvement, and benefits realisation
• Provide specialist advice and solutions to enhance organisational efficiency and sustainability
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
• Develop and implement project management plans to support key programs
• Use data and analysis to investigate system challenges and improve outcomes

Outline how your qualifications or experience supported your approach, how you assessed the impact of the change, and how you engaged with different stakeholder groups to ensure successful implementation.
• Tell us about a time you delivered a change initiative or improvement project under tight deadlines and competing priorities. How did you manage project planning, risk mitigation, resource coordination, and progress toward the goal? What was the outcome?
