About The Role

As a full-time, permanent Account Manager at I-MED Radiology Network, your main task will be to drive sales revenue growth and expand our market share in and around our clinics in Erina, Brisbane Waters, Kanwal, Long Jetty and Port Macquarie. Your primary focus will be on fostering strong relationships with both current and prospective referrers. You will be responsible for promoting the value of our services, managing territory-specific sales plans, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will provide valuable market intelligence to inform future strategies and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth in sales revenue and procedure numbers
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy
  • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and increase client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships across multiple clinics in the designated region.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing timely, effective solutions.
  • Collaborate internally with operational and support teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Monitor account performance and report on key metrics to management.
  • Participate in meetings, and networking events to build presence and rapport.

Key Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience in account management or client-facing roles, preferably within healthcare or related industries.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently across a defined geographic area.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised.
  • Experience using sales information management software (Salesforce is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the Melbourne East region.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licenseand reliable car
