Mackay Hospital and Health Service

Clinicians at MBH experience a challenging and rewarding casemix, including inpatient and outpatient general medicine, paediatrics, surgery, orthopaedics, obstetrics & gynaecology, and mental health services. These are integrated with active emergency medicine, anaesthetic, and intensive care departments, supported by various allied health services. Specialty services are provided by tertiary hospitals in Townsville and Brisbane. The hospital also has a strong undergraduate teaching affiliation with James Cook University.
Salary Information:
For levels L18 – L24, L25 – L27, the total remuneration can reach up to $483,619 per annum (L24) or $528,464 per annum (L27), respectively. Salary ranges are:
- A salary between $210,332 - $244,313 (L18-L24)
- A salary between $251,527 - $266,677 (L25-L27)

Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) Requirements:
