About The Role
  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Assisting customers with product selection and offering advice.
  • Handling transactions efficiently at the register.
  • Keeping the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products.
  • Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming for every shopper.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
  • Supporting in different departments across the store; specifically at the service desk and/or Fishing and Marine Sales.
Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join us at Anaconda.

Do you have experience and a passion for all things fishing and marine sales? Bonus

  • Bright and bubbly enthusiasm with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Availability for flexible shifts, including late night, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous retail experience is a bonus but not essential – we provide training
  • Availability across Monday, Saturday, Sunday required
