Job Description

The Finance Systems Transformation Lead will be responsible for:

  • Playing a key role within the project team to implementation of the ERP System and suite of system products (Netsuite, Power BI)
  • Report Building, configurations
  • Management Accounting activities, designing and re-engineering work-papers within the system
  • Assist with accurate set up of finance modules within the system
  • Data migration activities
  • Partner and be a conduit between the Project, IT and Finance teams
  • Building Power BI Reports
  • Conduct UAT Testing
  • Ad hoc accounting and finance tasks as requested by Financial Controller, CFO and FP&A Manager

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Systems Transformation Lead should have:

  • Proven experience in finance system implementations and transformations.
  • Strong Accounting and Finance knowledge/background
  • Experience and understanding in a large complex business
  • Demonstrated technical expertise with finance and ERP systems.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and ideally a CA or a CPA
  • A solutions-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
