Job Description

The Financial Crime and Quality team ensures that within Superannuation Operations GROW meets the highest standards of quality and complies with AML/CTF obligations on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Conduct reviews of internal processes to ensure compliance with service level agreements, client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Analyse and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with operations and training teams to facilitate quality assurance training and best practices
  • Support the preparation of documentation for quality assurance activities, including reports and audits.
  • Assist in the coordination of corrective actions and follow-up on quality/continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support to other team members where skill gaps exist, support cross skilling of yourself and team members.
