We're on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team on a short-term basis - this is more than just a contract; it's your foot in the door to a highly respected and sought-after employer.

Contract Role | Immediate Start | Perth CBD - Hybrid

As the go-to Recruitment Advisor, you'll work alongside a supportive Talent team to help us find top-tier talent for a variety of roles. From job ad management to candidate sourcing and everything in between - your impact will be immediate and valued.

What You'll Be Doing:

Job Advertisement Management

  • Post job adverts across multiple platforms (Internal, HP Careers, SEEK, LinkedIn) using approved content.

Pre-Screening & Candidate Communication

  • Review CVs, conduct initial qualification checks, and longlist suitable candidates.

  • Carry out phone screens using provided scripts to assess suitability, interest, availability, and salary expectations.

Candidate Management & Administration

  • Maintain candidate profiles and progress tracking in EmPowerMe.

  • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews, liaise with hiring leaders, and send out confirmations.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Help proactively source talent via SEEK and LinkedIn.

  • Re-engage with silver medallists and passive candidates for hard-to-fill or critical roles.

Pre-Offer & Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate pre-employment checks via Referoo (references, police, working rights).

  • Book medicals and other checks, ensuring a smooth pre-start experience for new hires.
