This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join our team and support an increase in workload due to a new campaign.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
- Sourcing of applicants through suitable channels
- Prescreening and shortlisting
- Interviewing and presenting details to line management
- Engagement, coaching and development of Hiring Managers to instil best practice
- Effective application management to ensure engagement and retention throughout the process
- Proactively marketing the positive branding of the organisation both internally and externally
- Creation of candidate pools and pipelines
- Supporting required compliance and onboarding
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess experience of managing white collar technical and corporate roles and have a consolidated career history within recruitment or talent acquisition.
The ideal candidate will be an end-to-end recruitment business partner who excels in stakeholder engagement and applicant management. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
This is a mid-senior level position, offering a temporary contract for six months. The immediate start date requires your prompt attention.
