Overview

Senior Educator at Goodstart Cameron Park – Location: Cameron Park, NSW 2285. Permanent 38 hours per week – shifts will include opening and closing; centre hours are 7am to 6pm.

Responsibilities
  • Take charge of your own room, leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
  • Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
  • Nursery Room: Lead the 0-2 age group; extensive experience in leading a team and working in a room with 12 babies is essential.

Youll Need
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check.
