Ready to elevate your strata management career?Realmark Strata is seeking a highly organised Strata Manager to take over a well-maintained, stable portfolio of 45 residential and mixed-use buildings, covering approximately 700 lots.
You'll work with a supportive, collaborative team in a modern office environment located centrally in Leederville. What we are looking for in this role- A passion for property in particular strata
- A desire to build strong relationships with Councils of Owners, clients, contractors, and residents
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Willingness to learn, ask questions and grow
- Customer-focused mindset with proactive approach
- Applicants are required to have experience in strata management
