Location – travel across the central coast (primarily northern c.coast)
Permanent Part Time (3 days) | Pay rate – up to $54.50 per hour (based on experience) + superannuation

Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and functional abilities to understand their needs
- Develop and deliver individualised or group treatment plans based on clients' needs, goals, and preferences
- Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to address mobility issues, pain management and other age-related conditions
- Regularly assess and report on the physical and psychosocial capabilities of clients to the care management team
- Maintain, prepare and support precise records, exercise sheets, assessment reports and progress notes that accurately reflect clients' physical function
- Make recommendations regarding exercise programs, mobility equipment, safety at home and refer to other disciplines as required
- Uphold ethical and professional standards in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
- Educate clients and families on preventive measures and exercises to improve and maintain mobility
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences and training sessions to contribute to continuous improvement of care delivery
- Engage with team members, clients and families in a positive and respectful manner, welcoming a culturally diverse team
- Build relationships with clients and their families, understanding challenges in the aged care environment
- Bachelor or Post Graduate Degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage all aspects of compliance
- Demonstrated experience with multidisciplinary teamwork
- Effective time management to ensure patient intervention, reports and outcomes are achieved in a timely manner
- Ability to prioritise and organise own work/caseload
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of health, aged and/or disability services
- Current Driver's licence and registered and insured motor vehicle
