We're seeking a proactive and capable Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to lead our warehouse operations and ensure our inventory is accurate, well-organised, and optimally managed across the supply chain.
Responsibilities- Managing inventory receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records using our ERP system (Priority).
- Monitoring and improving stock accuracy through cycle counts and annual stocktakes.
- Collaborating with the purchasing, production, and customer service teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Assisting with warehouse layout optimisation, stock location systems, and space utilisation improvements.
- Developing and implementing processes that reduce handling errors, wastage, and lead times.
- Previous experience in a Warehouse operations or similar leadership role.
- Understanding of inventory management principles and logistics.
- Experience working with ERP systems (ideally Priority or similar).
- A clear grasp of supply chain processes from purchasing to production to customer delivery.
- Proactive mindset, someone who identifies problems and solves them before they escalate.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle competing priorities.
