Inventory Management Specialist

Our team is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to assist in the accurate management of inventory across various locations. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate inventory holdings in all systems for onsite and offsite stock holdings
  • Assist in the system management of stock
  • Complete physical checks for stock as required
  • Report and check stock adjustments with supporting documentation for sign off
  • Provide information to relevant internal departments where stock is unavailable for delivery
  • Maintain all system stock movements to reflect stock location status
  • Undertake cycle counts within the warehouse
  • Assist where required with counting, reporting data
  • Support the manager and inventory team in the planning and execution of stocktake activities

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing the inventory requirements of a large SKU'd warehouse
  • Proven ability to drive change to process and inventory management to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained
  • Develop and implement changes that improve inventory accuracy
  • Strong understanding of implementation and implications of risk management
  • Previous WMS experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge and experience
