- Procurement Reporting: Generate RFQ progress reports, dashboards, and KPIs for strategic decision-making.
- Inventory Planning: Develop inventory demand plans aligned with delivery schedules and investment plans.
- Data Management: Maintain master data, price books, and subcontractor records to ensure alignment during planning phases.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to initiatives that enhance procurement systems, data accuracy, and RFQ processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with Purchasing Officers, Program Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and delivery readiness.
- Procurement or Project Admin Experience: Minimum 2 years in purchasing, contracts, or project administration within a Defence engineering environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; ERP experience (e.g., IFS) is highly desirable.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and documentation skills for managing large data sets and procurement pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines.
- Australian Citizenship: Required due to Defence project requirements.
- Security Clearance: Must hold Baseline or higher Defence Security Clearance.
