We're expanding the team to increase our capacity for new clients and are looking for an experienced Content Strategy Specialist to join us and help manage our clients' social accounts.

A lot about you:

As a Content Strategist, you will be an expert at understanding content marketing strategy and applying it across a broad range of industries and an experienced Social Media Content Creator & Copywriter. You'll be an expert at post conceptualisation, competitor research and creative thinking. You'll have a strong understanding of Social Media Marketing and how it contributes to the broader marketing landscape.

You'll also have impeccable attention to detail and an eye for quality content design with experience conceptualising new & interesting post ideas across a range of industries. You're very thorough in your organisation, can operate autonomously and within a team and have a track record of outstanding content (static, design and video).

You'll spend your time talking with our clients during onboarding meetings, setting up and creating new client content strategies, reviewing calendars and applying your creative flair in conceptualising & reviewing meaningful content for existing clients, that benefits their social accounts and produces strong results.

What will your day look like?

• Onboarding & strategy generation for new clients.
• Ideating / creating engaging content for existing clients.
• Reviewing content calendars from Junior Content Creators.

We would love you to have:

• 2-3 years Social Media Content Creation experience.
• 1+ years Marketing Agency experience essential.
• Expertise & experience in results focused Social Media Management.
• Thorough understanding of copywriting / proofreading & an eye for design.
• Strong understanding of Reels / TikTok Strategy and content creation.
• Established organisation skills that are adaptable to a new work environment.
• An ability to think outside the box and execute ideas quickly.
• Track record of successful work with high profile clients.

• Photography / Videography Skills
