Our client is a dynamic and growing head contractor that focuses on delivering specialised niche projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team based in the heart of Sydney.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee projects from concept design through to handover
  • Liaise and work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities
  • Deliver detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation
  • Lead client presentations, meetings, and site visits
Qualifications / Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience delivering new build projects
  • Must've worked with Revit before

The successful candidate will be a registered Architect with at least 5 years' experience, strong design skills, and the technical capability to manage projects through all phases from concept to completion. Candidates with experience working across luxury retreats, multi-residential, student accommodation, build-to-rent, or government projects will be highly regarded.
