    About Our Client

    An ASX-listed organisation specialising in water supply and irrigation systems is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to support its growing team. With a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, the company delivers impactful solutions across the agricultural and environmental sectors.

    Job Description
    • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and pre-employment checks.
    • Provide generalist HR support to staff and managers.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR documentation.
    • Assist with payroll support and manage parental leave processes.
    • Promote learning and development through the HRIS platform.
    • Respond to employee queries and support policy implementation.
    • Contribute to HR projects, well being initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

    The Successful Applicant
    • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR support or coordination role.
    • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is advantageous.
    • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
