In this full-time role as a Senior Architect, based in our Adelaide studio, you will play a key role in delivering innovative architectural solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will contribute to the design and development of high-quality projects across various sectors, collaborating with a talented interdisciplinary team working nationally across Australia.

This role allows you to utilize your skills and knowledge in project leadership, client and stakeholder engagement, conceptual presentation and planning, design development, and detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver major community and health facilities, learning environments, and sports projects
  • Lead the design and development of architectural concepts and detailed plans, depending on experience
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to translate complex requirements into functional designs
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction
  • Provide technical advice and support during construction
  • Stay updated with industry innovations and best practices
  • Contribute to improving our design processes and standards

Qualifications

  • Masters of Architecture (or equivalent) from a recognized tertiary institution
  • Senior Architect with at least 10 years of experience, preferably with health or sports project experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage projects and deliver on time
  • Strong technical skills in architectural design, including Revit and other software
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
