About the Role/s

We have multiple casual positions available in the Brisbane area, including:

Individual Support – Community Access (North Brisbane)

  • Casual role:2 days per week
  • Weekday/Weekend shifts 9am–4pm
  • Support a participant living independently
  • No personal care or sleepovers required in this role
  • Use ofpersonal vehiclerequired (kilometres reimbursed)
  • Opportunity to work in other SIL sites also

Supported Independent Living (Southeast Brisbane)

  • 24/7 support includinginactive night shifts (sleepovers)
  • Includespersonal careresponsibilities
  • Use ofpersonal vehiclerequired (kilometres reimbursed)
  • Opportunities to pick up additional shifts across multiple sites

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals to achieve personal goals and access the community
  • Promote independence, wellbeing, and safety
  • Follow behaviour support plans and health protocols
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

We're Looking For

  • Desirable - Certificate III or IV in Disability (or other relevant to the industry) or previous experience in a similar role
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, and Working with Children Check (as applicable) or ability to obtain
  • Validfull driver's licenceand fully insured personal vehicle
  • First Aid/CPR Certificate
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
