We are currently recruiting for a Disability Support Worker to work primarily in the South Brisbane area.

Important considerations:

  • LME Care provides a roster structure based on a 24/7 schedule, including weekdays, weekends, public holidays, and sleepovers.
  • SIL shifts start at 2 pm, offering 16 hours of work plus an inactive sleepover within a 24-hour period.
  • CAS and shorter shifts are available for staff with flexible rosters and availability.
  • Active night shifts are available for female Support Workers in Manly West.

Remuneration: SCHADS Pay Point 1.3

Minimum Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field
  • Engaging and hands-on experience within the industry
  • Mental Health, High Care, or Complex Behaviours experience desired
  • CPR, First Aid, Blue Card, and Yellow Card
  • Driver's License and own vehicle
